.@AlisonForKY finds a simple question about #ObamaCare too difficult to answer: are you for or against it? #KYSEN
Yesterday, Senator McConnell held a press conference in Louisville, Kentucky, where he posed an incredibly simple question to his opponent, Alison Lundergan Grimes: Are you for or against getting rid of ObamaCare?
McConnell’s remarks from the Herald- Leader: “But the question you should be asking her is are you for or against getting rid of it? That’s the point here. No amount of cosmetic changes around the edges are going to fix this. It isn’t fixable.”
When given the chance to respond, the Grimes campaign spokesperson replied with their usual canned, non-answer answer – claiming there were aspects that she would like to change, but still running away from answering the question.
The question is so simple, and Kentuckians, especially the 280,000 who have lost their health insurance due to ObamaCare, deserve a straight answer.
Will Grimes continue to stand with national Democrats and support what Senator McConnell has called a “monstrosity” of a law, or will she listen to Kentuckians and support a full repeal?
