ObamaCare a success in Kentucky? Really?!

Obama’s broken promise

When making promises about ObamaCare, President Barack Obama asserted, “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it.” But Obama broke his promise to the American people.

In fact, Obama’s broken promise will force 280,000 Kentuckians off of private health plans they purchased and liked.

PolitiFact, a fact-checking organization, awarded Obama the “Lie of the Year” for 2013.

Kentucky’s ObamaCare exchange still falling short

According to Governor Steve Beshear’s office, only 77,027 Kentuckians have purchased private insurance through Kentucky’s ObamaCare exchange.

Using Steve Beshear’s own numbers, the 77,027 Kentuckians, who purchased private insurance on the exchange, represent only 27.5% of the 280,000 Kentuckians whom ObamaCare forced off their health plans.

Kentucky’s ObamaCare exchange is falling well short of what we need just to correct the effects of Obama’s broken promise.

An ObamaCare success? Really?!

With numbers like that, how can Obama Democrats say, with a straight face, that ObamaCare is a success in Kentucky?
