Allison’s family has been in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky since the 1790s. She currently practices bankruptcy law, focusing on consumer rights and commercial litigation. She spent four years serving as the Assistant Floyd County Attorney prosecuting child abuse and juvenile delinquency cases.
She holds a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While there, she was the President of the University of Kentucky Chapter of the Federalist Society. Allison is the Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Young Professionals of Eastern Kentucky.
