Bio: Tony Quillen is a Consultant with EN Engineering in Catlettsburg, KY. He is a 1982 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 1987 graduate of Morehead State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Math & Physics. He also serves Greenup County’s Second District Commissioner, having been elected five times county-wide in 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010, and 2014. As the longest serving Commissioner in local fiscal court history, Quillen has made his top priorities protecting tax dollars, building a strong business climate, keeping unemployment low, implementing innovative programs and listening to constituent concerns. He is the son of Joe and Juanita Quillen and father of Henry, Alex, and Abby.
