WTAS: Another “Questionable” Ad from Grimes

HEADLINE: “Analysis: Question in Grimes Ad Is Questionable” (WHAS, 7/22/14)

“And, like Grimes first ad, the question itself is questionable.” (WHAS, 7/22/14)

“Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes’ latest campaign ad unfairly and inaccurately blames U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for lost coal jobs, according to the Kentucky Coal Association.” (Herald Leader, 7/22/14)

“”I think it tries to draw a connection that’s not there,” Bissett said of the ad. “You need to look at who is to blame here.”” (Herald Leader, 7/22/14)

“But neither side of the coal debate mentions McConnell as a culprit.” (WAVE3, 7/22/14)

“Bissett said the fault lies with President Barack Obama and Reid.” (Herald Leader, 7/22/14)

“The claim needs clarification, Reality Check has found.” (WAVE3, 7/22/14)

“”I can say with great confidence that Senator McConnell and his staff have done everything they can to support Kentucky’s coal miners and coal production,” he said.” (Associated Press, 7/22/14)

Obama’s Kentucky candidate evidently thinks it’s acceptable to continue lying to Kentuckians, despite independent fact checkers absolutely tearing apart her campaign’s mischaracterizations, “shaky claims”, and “questionable” questions. With the liberal Obama dollars pouring in, a campaign strategy torn straight out of the Obama playbook, and laughable attempts to shift the blame from Obama’s War on Coal, Alison Lundergan Grimes’ allegiance to the Obama agenda couldn’t be clearer.
